REKO is a network of local, community-led “rings” where customers order directly from their local producers and collect their orders at a weekly drive-thru-style meet-up.

How to Join as a REKO Vendor
From 1st August 2025, all vendors are required to hold an Annual REKO Vendor Membership.
Membership is $120 per year and helps cover essential not-for-profit operational costs like insurance, administration, website management and community outreach.
Your membership includes:
Unlimited access to as many REKO rings as you wish
Public liability Insurance for pickup activities
Access to members-only resources and support
Promotional opportunities through Reko channels

1️⃣ Do you qualify to sell at REKO? If you aren’t sure, reach out to your local REKO Ring and ask for clarification.
2️⃣ Visit our Vendor Sign-Up Page and sign up here . Complete the membership form and pay securely online
3️⃣ Automatically gain access to the Vendor Members only area on our website and admins will grant you access to your local REKO ring(s) facebook group(s) to start selling.

You must produce or make the goods you sell (no resellers or middlemen)
You agree to abide by REKO Australia’s community guidelines and standards.
Hold any necessary permits or licences relevant to your product category

Once you are a REKO Vendor, you will be onboarded to the facebook group(s).
Each week - you use the post template to post what you have for sale available at this week’s pick-up.
Customers pay you directly prior to pickup.
Distribute your goods at the weekly one hour pickups.

You can participate in as many rings as you can reach, but be mindful of your duty to be on time each week.
Not sure which is most suitable for you? Send us an email and we will help you navigate which is best for your location. Some vendors sell at multiple REKO rings.

We have a spirit of collaborative co-opertition rather than competition, and support vendors to work together.
REKO is open to all eligible Vendors. -
That’s okay. Vendors only advertise produce / goods they have available that week. If there is none, that’s perfectly okay.

Sometimes orders are forgotten or missed. It is the responsibility of the customer to make suitable alternative arrangements.
